Superb studio ideally located in the centre of Lille. You'll be surrounded by shops, restaurants and the best of Lille life. Right next to the metro! Please note that the accommodation is located in an Appart’Hotel type residence, on the third floor with no lift. Sound insulation is limited and the accommodation is located in a busy area. We advise you to bring your earplugs for greater comfort.

You'll love the comfort of this accommodation, with its fully-equipped kitchenette, double bed, stylish modern decor and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for solo travellers, business travellers or couples for a short stay! The flat is located on Rue Baptiste Monnoyer on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a typical Lille building, and you will have access to the entire flat. The staircase to access the flat is typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. For information, renovation work is currently taking place in the building's common areas. This may cause some noise pollution, only during the day and excluding weekends. The flat will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video! The neighbourhood is quite lively, so for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs !

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the presence of the host. République Beaux Arts metro station is a 3-minute walk away, Lille Flandres station is a 15-minute walk away, Lille Europe station is a 20-minute walk away, République Beaux Arts bus station is a 3-minute walk away, V'Lille station at 1 (Place richebé station). You can use the Ilevia application to get around Lille. Car parks nearby. Parking Effia république beaux arts at 5 min , 17€ for 24h. Sundays are free parking days in the streets. As the building's soundproofing is not perfect for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs!
