Located on Place des Reignaux, on the first floor of a building with no lift, the apartment is just steps from Lille Flandres train station.

The building being old and typical of Lille, soundproofing is naturally more limited than in a modern building, and it is not unusual to hear noise from the building or the neighbourhood. The staircase leading up is also narrow and steep, so please plan accordingly if you're travelling with luggage, young children, or have reduced mobility. The apartment is composed as follows: - A living room with lounge area and sofa bed - An equipped kitchen - A bedroom with a double bed - A bathroom - A separate toilet The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen.
