Located on Place des Reignaux, the apartment is a triplex in a building with no lift, just steps from Lille Flandres train station.

The building being old and typical of Lille, soundproofing is naturally more limited than in a modern building, and it is not unusual to hear noise from the building or the neighbourhood. The building's staircase, as well as the spiral interior stairs, are narrow and steep, so please plan accordingly if you're travelling with luggage, young children, or have reduced mobility. The apartment is composed as follows: - On the ground floor: the entrance, the living room and the equipped kitchen - Upstairs: two bedrooms with a double bed, each with its own bathroom and toilet The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linens are provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV.

You will have access to the entire accommodation, with check-in available at any time from 3pm onwards. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host being present.
