Please note: the soundproofing in the building is insufficient and the neighborhood is lively, we advise light sleepers to bring their earplugs! The duplex is composed of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet and upstairs two bedrooms with a double bed and a shower room in each room. Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and crockery for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via television: Molotov TV, Prime Video! Please note that the staircase is typical of our pretty buildings in Lille: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking.
