Located on rue Baptiste Monnoyer in the centre of Lille, the studio is on the fourth floor of an Appart'Hotel-type residence with no lift. The train stations are a 15-minute walk away, and République Beaux-Arts metro station is 5 minutes away.

The building being old and typical of Lille, soundproofing is naturally more limited than in a modern building, and it is not unusual to hear noise from the building or the neighbourhood. The staircase leading up is also narrow and steep, so please plan accordingly if you're travelling with luggage, young children, or have reduced mobility. Please note that the bathroom (with shower cubicle and washbasin) is open to the living room, with no separating door: a point to consider if privacy matters to you during your stay. The apartment is composed as follows: - A studio with equipped kitchen area and double bed (140x200) - An open bathroom with shower cubicle and washbasin - A separate toilet The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linens are provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV.

You will have access to the entire apartment. 24-hour check-in possible. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present.
