This apartment is located rue Carpeaux, in Lille. It is on the 1st floor without elevator of a small building. Wazemmes metro station is less than 10 minutes away on foot and a supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation was renovated in 2024, it is functional, pleasant to live in and very quiet since it is located at the end of a courtyard. Ideal for visiting Lille !

The accommodation is composed as follows: On the first floor (access to the apartment via the ground floor, then stairs to take): - Living room with kitchen area, dining area for two and lounge area. You will have access to a connected TV and a high-speed internet connection. Second floor : - Sleeping area with double bed and storage - Large bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. Wazemmes metro station is a 9-minute walk away. A second metro station (Porte d'Arras) is about 10 minutes away on foot. The “Rue De Wazemmes” bus stop is 150 meters away. V'Lille station 100 meters away (Gantois station) You can use the Ilévia application to get around Lille. Zenpark Wazemmes car park - Porte des Postes, 10 minutes on foot, 13 euros for 24 hours.
