Located on Place des Reignaux, on the fifth floor of an apartment hotel residence with no lift, the accommodation enjoys a strategic location in the area around Lille Flandres train station, a lively neighbourhood with a constant flow of travellers and activity.

The building being old and typical of Lille, soundproofing is naturally more limited than in a modern building, and it is not unusual to hear noise from the building or the neighbourhood. The staircase leading up is also narrow and steep, so please plan accordingly if you're travelling with luggage, young children, or have reduced mobility. The apartment is composed as follows: - A living room with equipped kitchen - A bathroom with shower and toilet - An attic bedroom with sloped ceilings, with a double bed (140x200) The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen.
