This one-bedroom apartment is ideally located halfway between Place République Beaux-arts, the train stations and Lille's Grand Place. In the heart of shopping streets and restaurants, ideal for getting around Lille quickly on foot. You will have access to a parking space for the entire duration of your stay.

This charming apartment with its old-fashioned character is located on rue d'Amiens, on the second floor (no elevator) of a typical, secure residence. It comprises an entrance hall with checkroom, a large living room with sofa and dining area. A bright, semi-open, fully-equipped kitchen. At the rear of the apartment you'll find a bedroom with a 140x200 double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV.

We live opposite the building and will be available. You will have access to the entire flat. You can arrive 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present. Rihour and République metro stations are a 3-minute walk away, Lille Flandres station is an 8-minute walk away, Lille Europe station is a 12-minute walk away, Bus station 1 (Tanneur station) V'Lille station 3 minutes away (Place Richebé station).
