This apartment is located on avenue Willy Brandt, exactly between Lille Flandres station and Lille Europe station. It is on the 6th floor of a quiet and very secure building, with elevator. Paid parking under the building. The accommodation was renovated in 2024, it is functional, bright and pleasant to live in. Ideal for visiting Lille and/or for your business trips!

The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance opening onto the living room with lounge area & dining area. You will have access to a connected TV as well as a high-speed internet connection. - Open equipped kitchen - Separate bedroom with double bed - Bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine - separate WC The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. We are available during your stay by telephone from 08:00 to 23:00. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we ask for a deposit of €250. This sum is not deducted from your deposit, it is a bank imprint which is cleared 7 days after your stay, subject to a full inspection of the accommodation and the absence of any damage. Rest assured that this measure is simply there to protect our property and ensure everyone's comfort.
