Beautiful flat ideally located on Avenue de la République, a stone's throw from the Buisson tramway. Located in a secure residence with lift, the flat is on the first floor. It is bright and quiet. It only takes a few minutes to get to the heart of Lille by tram.

The flat comprises : - a living room - a spacious bedroom with dressing room - bathroom with bath - a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave) - a storeroom in the kitchen with cleaning materials and a rubbish chute Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!

You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival possible 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present.
