The apartment is located on rue Boucher de Perthes, on the first floor of a typical Lille building, just steps from rue Nationale and 10 minutes from the Grand-Place and the Opera.

As the neighbourhood is lively, particularly in the evening due to nearby bars, it is not unusual to hear noise from outside, especially on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. We invite you to take this into account when planning your stay. The apartment is composed as follows: - A living room with equipped kitchen - A bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a single bed (90x200) - A separate bathroom with toilet The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linens are provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV.
