In the heart of old Lille, apartment on rue de la Monnaie, 5 minutes from the Grand Place and Opera, 10 minutes on foot from train stations! Renovated in March 2026, You'll be in one of Lille's most beautiful old streets, in the heart of the shopping and restaurant district.

The apartment is located on the third and top floor of an old building in Lille. Please note that the stairs leading to and within the apartment are typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. The apartment comprises a hallway leading to a bathroom with bath and WC, a dining room for four with open-plan kitchen. A living room with sofa and TV, and a bedroom with double bed (140x200) and storage space. Finally, a staircase leads from the dining room to a large mezzanine under the roof with double bed (140X200). Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the presence of the host. Rihour metro station is a 5-minute walk away, Lille Flandres station is a 10-minute walk away, Lille Europe station is a 15-minute walk away, V'Lille Nouveau siècle station is 5 minutes away. You can use the Ilevia application to get around Lille. Car parks nearby. Nouveau siècle car park 5 minutes from the flat, €17 for 24 hours. It is also possible to park on the street. Sunday is a free parking day
