This attic apartment is located on rue Philippe-Laurent Roland, in the heart of the Vauban district of Lille. It is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a small, quiet building. You will be a stone's throw from schools (Catholic University and ICAM in particular) and a 3-minute walk from the "Port de Lille" metro station. Ideal for work-study students, business travelers or simple tourists!
