Welcome to my 38 m² apartment on the 9th floor in Issy-les-Moulineaux. It can comfortably accommodate 2 people with its bedrooms with double beds, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and terrace. Ideally located 3 minutes from the tram, you can enjoy a peaceful stay on the outskirts of Paris.

Welcome! The entrance of this 38 m² apartment opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a large TV. The dining area has a spacious table that can seat up to 4 people. The private terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, is perfect for relaxing in the sun. It offers complete privacy in the evenings and on weekends, as the business across the street is closed. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200), made up with hotel-quality linens. Closets are available to store your belongings and help you feel right at home. The bathroom is spacious and includes a sink, mirror, bathtub, and toilet. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. The property is on the 9th floor and can be reach with an elevator. All that’s left is for you to enjoy your stay!
