Welcome to my 35m² apartment on the ground floor in Issy-les-Moulineaux. It can comfortably accommodate four people with its living room, its bedroom with a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.  Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay in the suburbs while staying connected to Paris.

Welcome to this beautiful 35 m² apartment on the ground floor. Modern and tastefully decorated, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa-bed and a television. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. The adjoining dining table seats up to two people. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (queen – 160x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair-dryer, a towel-dryer and a mirror. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The toilet is separated. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!
