Welcome to my 39 m² apartment on the 2nd floor in Issy-les-Moulineaux. It comfortably accommodates 2 guests with its bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just a 3-minute walk from the tram, you can enjoy a peaceful stay right next to Paris.

Welcome! Step into this bright and elegantly decorated 39 m² apartment, designed for your comfort. The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens. Closets are available so you can unpack and feel right at home. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is enjoy!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
