Welcome to the Lookout, towering above Grosvenor gardens with fantastic views out over the English Channel. Look no further for your seaside getaway. We are located just 50 meters from the beach. Our apartment has everything you need to enjoy the sun of St Leonard's. There are some stairs to climb to get to the top floor, but the views are well worth it!

Entering the apartment, we have a refurbished modern shower room and contemporary fitted kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need for a short stay including a Nespresso coffee machine to get you going in the morning so you can relax and enjoy your stay. The living area offers stunning views across St Leonards and out to sea with comfortable furnishings and a 50” smart TV if you fancy a night in with a movie. A soft and cosy bed will ensure a great night’s sleep. We hope you will enjoy this apartment as much as we do!
