The modern, fully-equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, is perfect for family nights in, while the downstairs toilet adds convenience to the ground floor. Move to the first floor and find a family bathroom with a separate shower, as well as a large double bedroom and a grand master bedroom with a king-size four-poster bed. On the second floor, another bathroom sits on the landing along with a large double bedroom and grand master bedroom with an ensuite and king-size four-poster bed. Enjoy breath-taking views of Grosvenor Gardens and the beach from multiple angles on the second floor. The basement has a modern fitted kitchen with original Victorian tiled floor is fully equipped to cook up a storm and even has a Nespresso coffee machine and a washing machine.
