The property is close to various attractions, such as the CR7 Museum, breathtaking viewpoints, good restaurants and shops. The Cruz Vermelha bus station is just 9 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my house! This delightful two-story 140 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located near the city centre and all its exciting tourist attractions. Guests must climb stairs to reach the bedroom area and a few steps to the living and kitchen, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility. As you enter, you will see an open-plan living and kitchen area on the ground floor. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment. It includes essential cookware, an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a large dining table for socializing and enjoying meals together. The next room has a support pantry with all the supplies guests may need during their stay, such as iron, washing machine, cleaning amenities, etc. On the opposite side, there is a complete bathroom. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second includes a queen bed, the third has a bunk bed, and the last has a convertible bed that can turn into two single beds. All the rooms are spacious and have multiple storage spaces. A shared bathroom in the hallway has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Guests can find a lovely backyard outside, with a beautiful garden and a dining table to take advantage of the fresh air and a bit of sunlight. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
