Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 76 m2 property offers a comfortable space in this relaxing city. It is located on the 3rd floor and has lift access. As you enter, you will come across an inviting living space featuring a comfortable sofa bed. Guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The living room is surrounded by a spacious terrace, where guests can take advantage of a fantastic view and sun loungers to relax while sunbathing. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven, a cooking plate and a little space with a washing machine for laundry needs. The bedroom is modernly decorated and includes a queen bed, multiple storage spaces, and access to the patio. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. There is a private parking space available in the garage of the building, The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

أقمنا في هذا السكن لمدة أسبوع وأعجبنا كثيراً. الشقة واسعة جداً ونظيفة حقاً. وكان بها كل ما تحتاجه لإقامة ممتعة. وكان أهم ما يميزها بالطبع حوض الاستحمام الساخن. ومع ذلك، أوصيك بحجز مكان الإقامة هذا فقط
