The property is close to various attractions like Castro de São Lourenço and Suave Mar beach, good restaurants and shops, and the Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is just 30 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my home! Tastefully decorated, this lovely house with 535m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living room features comfortable sofas where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows. There is also another dining room with a table. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. There are four bedrooms. There are two rooms with a queen bed and a wardrobe on the ground floor and two other rooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and another with a queen bed and two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Please note that you need to climb the stairs to the upper rooms. Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries. One bathroom is in the annexe that supports the swimming pool, and there are two bathrooms inside the house. There is a swimming pool and a BBQ area in the garden that you can also use. Important note: Swimming pool without child protection. The house is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax)

هذا المنزل رائع !!! لقد أعجب جميع أصدقائي بمدى نظافته وراحته وهدوءه، حمام سباحة رائع، معدات مطبخ رائعة، أثاث جميل....ohhh أتمنى لو كان بإمكاني البقاء هناك لبضع ليالٍ أخرى. موصى به جداً !!! شكراً لفريق
