Welcome to my apartment! This 2-bedroom duplex apartment in Marinhas is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for comfortable and spacious accommodation. The apartment is spread over two levels, and the bedrooms are located upstairs for privacy and tranquillity. The living room features a sofa bed, a sofa, and an armchair, providing plenty of seating options for everyone, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for eight. The property also has a terrace with a table and chairs, offering a lovely outdoor space to relax and enjoy meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a clothes dryer, a drying rack and an ironing facility to meet your laundry needs. The first bedroom features a queen bed and a balcony, providing a lovely spot to enjoy the fresh air, and the second bedroom offers a double bed. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Additionally, if you are travelling with a baby, a crib and a highchair are available for your convenience. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

عقار ذو موقع جيد، قريب من الشاطئ. مجهزة تجهيزاً جيداً. فراش مريح وخدمة تنظيف لا تشوبها شائبة.
