Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely studio apartment is located on the 24th floor with elevator access and is just a stone's throw away from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa! This beautiful studio apartment is perfect for travelers seeking both comfort and convenience. While offering scenic views of the Dubai Canal, this unit includes a living area with a luxurious king bed and a single sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests. Relax on the plush sofa bed while watching your favorite shows on the wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. Equipped with one bathroom, it contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Rest assured, the studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. جيد جداً : كل شيء جيد جداً، موقع جيد، بمعنى أن المشي 1,9 كم إلى برج خليفة - 30 دقيقة، محطة مترو واحدة من مول دبي. الجزء السيئ هو أن محطة المترو بعيدة عن الموقع، 1,5 كم مما يعني أنه يجب عليك ركوب سيار
