Welcome to our home! Sit back and relax in the comfy living area, fitted with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table, and a dining area. There’s also a sitting area on the balcony should you wish to get some fresh air! The sleeping area is complete with a double bed, fresh linens, bed lamp, and wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, microwave, stove, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well! The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, shower head, toilet, and mirror, and complimentary toiletries and towels. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. We hope you have a fantastic stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Also, the pool and gym willl be closed until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenienced caused. Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
