Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is located in the prestigious Emaar Residences Fashion Avenue 3218, close to various top attractions such as the Dubai Mall, The Dubai Fountain, and At the Top - Burj Khalifa. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a TV where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing and comfy chairs. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal, such as an electric stove, an oven and a microwave. The bedroom contains a lush king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens, multiple storage spaces for your belongings and a walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Important Location Note: Please be aware that the building's name has been updated to Emaar Residences Fashion Avenue 3218. Ensure that you follow the updated check-in instructions to avoid any confusion, as the building's previous names are no longer valid. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
