JLT Dubai has been known as a community where people can live, work and enjoy their life with equal ease and serenity. The waterfront outdoor cafes and restaurants allow late night walk or stroll alongside the lake. The community retail and grocery stores, as well as laundries, cater to the basic needs of the inhabitants and are available at close quarters. Squares and gardens between the clusters create huge and easy connectivity between the large districts of the community. Connected with an adjoining kitchen and dining area that are fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to prepare and serve your wonderful meals, the space is perfect if you want to entertain a few guests or have a quiet evening with yourself. The queen bed in the living room is complete with a large wardrobe for your belongings as well as complimentary hotel-quality linens at your disposal. The sole bathroom in the flat has all the necessities for you to freshen up, including a bathtub with an overhead shower, a sink, and a toilet. There are also fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable and enjoyable! Make sure to take a breather on the balcony in the evening to enjoy the beautiful Dubai sunset for it will be a memorable sight! Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Have a fantastic stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
