This modern and stylishly furnished 130m2 apartment is located on the 6th floor, accessible by lift, granting magnificent views across Downtown Dubai and the picturesque Old Town, which blends traditional Arabic architecture with modern luxury. Sit back and relax in the comfy living room, furnished with a large comfortable sofa and lounging chairs, flat-screen smart TV, coffee tables and a desk area. The separate dining area has a table and chairs and connects to the living area.
