Designed with an open-plan living room and bedroom complete with high-end room amenities, this home is a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The luxurious king bed has complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. With multiple windows throughout the space, you can enjoy the sunlight from the comfort of your home. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The studio has been professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

استوديو نظيف ومريح ومجهّز تجهيزاً جيداً، مع ترحيب حار من رولاندو. يقع المبنى في موقع مناسب، مع إمكانية الوصول المباشر إلى مركز تجاري، على الطريق الرئيسي في النخلة، ولكنه هادئ جداً من الداخل.
