Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and well-maintained, featuring a sofa bed, a smart TV for watching your favourite shows, and a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The area features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a furnished balcony, where you can fully relax and take in the skyline views. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort and convenience. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in apartment buildings or the surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Please note that the pool and gym will be closed for maintenance. The building reception has not provided an estimated reopening date. Thank you for your understanding. Enjoy your stay!
