Welcome to my home! The apartment is designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom complete with high-end room amenities. The sleeping area has a luxurious queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The private balcony provides stunning views and is perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a large rain shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. The property has first-class amenities such as a shared swimming pool, an indoor health club, a steam room, and a sauna. (The Gym and Pool are on the 1st floor, accessible from 6 AM to 10 PM) Enjoy your stay!

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
