This modern 46-storey residence, completed in 2007, offers a blend of practicality and refined comfort for solo travellers or couples looking for a relaxed and convenient getaway. Rimal 1 is just steps away from The Walk at JBR and JBR Beach—within a 4-minute stroll—and is well connected via nearby tram, metro, and bus links. Inside your flat, you'll enjoy all the essentials for a smooth and relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite meals, fresh towels and bed linens. A Note on Expectations: While this property boasts a prime location—just steps from the beach, dining options, and local amenities—we believe in transparency so you can plan your stay accordingly. The mattress is on the firmer side, which may not suit all guests. Also, there is limited kitchenware, so we recommend confirming kitchen and appliance details before arrival if these features are important to your stay. Lastly, as Dubai is a fast-developing city, construction in nearby units and properties can occur without prior notice. Hence, noise disturbances may happen during your stay. Guests will have access to the entire home. Gym access is no longer available for guests. Kindly remove this from all listings. Guests will no longer have access to the building using access cards. They must use the intercom at the entrance, select the option to speak with the reception, and the reception team will verify them via camera before granting access. Guests can still access the pool using the access card provided.
