Bahar 1 is one of the towers in Jumeirah Beach Residences (JBR) with a few minutes walk to reach the beach with Bluewater's - Ain Dubai View. It is located very close to Dubai Marina and within 5 minutes of walking distance to JBR Walk. This two-bedroom contemporary apartment has all the amenities for a pleasant stay and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

Welcome to my home! The property also has an indoor health club and a beautiful shared swimming pool for adults and children. A covered car parking is also available. The living room features a large L-shaped sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a large dining table to accommodate four. The space includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a large balcony, so you can fully relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The master bedroom offers an ensuite with a king-sized bed and a secondary bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a good night's rest. Both bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Please note that there may be some noise from the road outside, as the building is located next to a main street. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Guests can still access the pool using the access card provided.
