Around the area, you can enjoy and explore by walking or riding a Careem scooter or bike. If you are feeling adventurous, it is 5 minutes walk from the famous Sky Dive, with an open circuit for free circuit training exercise. Nearby the area are a variety of restaurants with different cuisines you can explore on the JBR walk or have some fancy dinner in The Address JBR. 2 minutes from the building is a Choitrams grocery store, a Life Pharmacy and a small clinic accessible by walking.

Welcome! The living room is elegantly furnished and very well-maintained, featuring two sofas, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The area features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a furnished balcony, where you can fully relax and take in the views. The kitchen features top-of-the-range appliances and essential cookware and crockery to fulfil any of your culinary needs. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathrooms are equipped with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: Pool access is located on the 41st floor and is available daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please be aware that renovation works are currently taking place in the apartment above, and guests may experience active drilling noise during daytime hours. Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and such works are sometimes unavoidable. While we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, some noise disturbance may occur. We truly appreciate your understanding and remain at your disposal should you need any assistance during your stay. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. لقد قضينا إقامة رائعة في هذه الشقة. كانت نظيفة للغاية وتحتوي على كل ما تحتاجه لإقامة مريحة. المكان مؤثث بشكل جميل ومدروس: بسيط ومريح وبأثاث عالي الجودة. كان المسبح في الطابق الرابع نظيفًا للغاية أيضًا

موقع رائع، على بعد دقائق من شاطئ JBR ومارينا ووك. شقة رائعة، تحتوي على كل ما نحتاجه. المسبح وصالة الألعاب الرياضية والصالة العلوية رائعة أيضًا. إقامة رائعة، سأحجز فيها مرة أخرى بالتأكيد.
