Modern furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Dubai, the Burj Khalifa, the Wings of Mexico Statue, and many good restaurants scattered around the area. There are also many buses nearby and the "Business Bay" metro station is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. This apartment is designed with an open and cosy living room, where you can relax after a long day exploring the city. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The 2 bedrooms contain one king-size and two double beds with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
