Welcome! This lovely 38 Sq.m. studio is located on the 32nd floor, accessible by lift. Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sofa, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The area features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a furnished balcony, where you can fully relax and enjoy views of the Business Bay Canal. The kitchen includes appliances and essential cookware and crockery to fulfil any of your culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that construction is ongoing in the surrounding area. Construction activity may be visible from the balcony and may take place throughout the day and night, which could result in noise disturbances. Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
