It's a 5 min walk to the beach, and Tram Stations are also within walking distance, allowing guests to explore the city easily.

Tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions and within walking distance; you can also enjoy the location amenities, including plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple cuisines. This apartment is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Featuring a large sofa and a wide-screen smart TV, and a spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful Dubai Marina. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to whip up some yummy homemade meals and also comes with a washing machine, should you need it. Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. At the same time, the bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. The swimming pool is temporarily closed. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
