The apartment building is in an excellent location for business travellers, families, and holiday-goers. Right by the Dubai Marina, you can find plenty of things to do in the area. You could also head to the Dubai Marina mall, only 8 minutes by car, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute walk from the home. The Dubai Marina Walk, a 7-minute walk away, which lines the waterfront, has a selection of cosmopolitan restaurants, while the palm tree-lined boardwalk serves as a link between the many towers in the development, the gardens, and the marina.

The flat also has multiple windows and a fantastic balcony allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home! The property also has a beautiful shared infinity pool with amazing views of the Marina and an indoor health club. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The bedroom contains a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance.
