Welcome to my home! Our apartment is composed of: - A living room with a comfy sitting area, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table. A dining table for 2 is at your disposal. - A bedroom with a queen bed that will be made up with hotel-quality linen. - A fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and all the kitchenware that you need. There's also a washer that you can use. - A bathroom with a bathtub. Fresh towels and bedsheets are provided, along with complimentary toiletries, cleaning, and sanitization before your arrival. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that there may be intermittent internet interruptions and speed issues in the area. While we strive to provide the best possible experience, local connectivity issues may occasionally impact internet speed. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: -The swimming pool is closed until November 28th. We are sorry for the inconvenience. - Please note that there may be intermittent internet interruptions and speed issues in the area. Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
