Welcome to my home! Designed with an open-plan living room/kitchen complete with high-end room amenities, this studio acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The living room features a comfy sofa bed and an armchair to relax. There is a small dining table for four if you wish to dine in. The area features a large window that leads onto a furnished balcony for you to enjoy and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal. It also includes a washing machine and ironing equipment. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and plenty of storage place for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, along with fresh towels and toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
