The apartment building is in a great location for business travelers, families and holiday goers. Right by the Marina Promenade, you can find plenty of things to do in the area itself. It is one of the most pedestrian-friendly neighbourhoods in Dubai. It also has a waterfront promenade called Dubai Marina Walk which is popular for walking, strolling, jogging and running. The Dubai Marina walk, a half an hour minute walk away, which lines the waterfront has a selection of cosmopolitan restaurants while the palm tree lined boardwalk serves as a link between the many towers in the development, the gardens and the marina. You could also head over the Dubai Marina mall, only 22 minutes by foot, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the home.

Welcome to our home! In our home, your health and safety come first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with a professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. Our living room and bedroom feature floor-to-ceiling windows. Thoughtfully styled to offer natural sunlight and stunning views of the Dubai Marina. The living room is equipped with a sitting area that is convertible into a double sofa bed, a Samsung 55 inches flat-screen Smart TV and a JBL waterproof speaker for everyone to kick back and relax! There is also a dining area for 4 as well as bar stools for 3 at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the mod-cons you need to make hearty meals. The bedroom has a premium continental Jysk king-sized bed lined with hotel quality sheets and linens for a good night's rest. We also provide towels and free toiletries. Feel free to use the other amenities in our home, including the washing machine and ironing facilities. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. We hope you have a fantastic stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
