It is well-decorated and conveniently located near shops and restaurants with access to Lillian Tower 2 bus stop and Business Bay metro station allowing guests to explore the city easily.

Our beautiful apartment is ideal for your Dubai stay. Located in a prestigious residence - this is your home away from home. The home is prepared and decorated with love, tender and care by professionals. The living room is naturally lit with a sitting area on the balcony to enjoy spectacular views of Dubai. The property is equipped with modern amenities like high speed internet, centralized air-conditioning and a TV. The bedroom is well set with fresh linens spread out on the bed. You can also find fresh bath towels & hand towels spread out for your use. There are exclusive toiletries also provided for your use. The kitchen is stocked with modern appliances like fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, oven, and stove. The kitchen is also stocked with basic pots and pans for cooking. There is also a washer that can be used during your stay. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
