The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a balcony where you can fully relax. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. شقة جميلة جداً في موقع مناسب، بجانب مارينا مول مباشرة. المنشأة قديمة قليلاً، لكن هذا عادة ما يعني غرفاً أكبر، وهذا هو الحال بالضبط هنا.
