Welcome to my 26 m² apartment, located on the first floor in Charenton-le-Pont. It comfortably accommodates two guests with a bedroom featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just 4 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay right on the doorstep of Paris.

Welcome! Step into this charming 26 m² apartment and discover a bright, comfortable, and tastefully decorated living space. The lounge area features a very comfortable sofa and a television for relaxing moments. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals: microwave, coffee machine, kettle, as well as a washing machine and a dining area where you can enjoy your dishes. The bedroom offers a double bed (140x200), neatly made with hotel-quality linens. A wardrobe is also available for you to store your belongings and feel right at home. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All that’s left to do is enjoy!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
