Welcome to my 78 m² apartment. It is on the first floor (no elevator) in Downtown Bordeaux. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It has two bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just 2 minutes from the tram, it's the perfect spot for a peaceful and convenient stay in Bordeaux.

Welcome! This 78 m² apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator) of a building in the heart of a lively neighbourhood. It is just steps from the bustling Sainte-Catherine shopping street and Place du Général Sarrail, known for its outdoor cafés, bars, and fast-food spots. Please note that the vibrant atmosphere may result in some noise, especially in the evenings. The apartment is on the first floor, which is unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility. As you enter, you'll find a bright, welcoming space tastefully decorated, warm, and elegant. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a TV, and the dining area has a table for up to four guests. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, and all the necessary utensils. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x200 cm). All beds are made with high-quality hotel-grade linens to ensure maximum comfort. Please note that one of the bedrooms has a window that opens onto the shared hallway. The bathroom includes double sinks, a large mirror, a shower, and a washing machine for convenience. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector has been installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each booking. All that's left to do is unpack and enjoy your stay in Bordeaux!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

شارع حيوي في وسط المدينة، وليس بالضرورة أن يكون مزدحماً جداً (خاصة في الليل). كانت الشقة جميلة وكبيرة، ولكن لا يوجد إنترنت ولا تلفزيون وميكروويف لا يعمل. و2 كبسولات قهوة فقط لـ 5 أشخاص و3 ليالٍ...
