The property is close to various attractions (e.g., Place de la Bourse), good restaurants, and shops. The St Bruno - Hôtel de Région station is just 11 minutes away, allowing guests to travel and explore the city easily!

Welcome! The front door of this 230 m² house opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living room area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a television. The dining area offers a table that can seat six guests. It opens onto a small garden furnished with outdoor furniture to fully enjoy sunny days. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the other four bedrooms each have a double bed. All beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linens. The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms. The two bathrooms are equipped with sinks and mirrors, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The toilet is separate. A washer and dryer are also located in the laundry room. The house is professionally cleaned between stays. Please note that air conditioning is available in every room (except in winter). All you have to do is enjoy!
