The property is located in the Massarelos district of Porto, a peaceful neighbourhood known for its local charm, beautiful viewpoints and proximity to the historic city centre. This area offers a lovely blend of traditional architecture, quiet residential streets and convenient access to the city’s main attractions. Just a short walk away, you will find cafés, artisanal shops and local restaurants. The nearby Rua da Restauração offers a selection of grab-and-go stores and casual dining options. The stunning Crystal Palace Gardens are within walking distance and provide a perfect spot to relax and take in panoramic views of the Douro River. Also nearby is the Romantic Museum, located in a historic mansion surrounded by lush gardens. Public transport is easily accessible from the property. Several bus stops are within close range, and São Bento station, which connects to metro and train services, is just a short ride away. This makes it easy to explore other parts of Porto without hassle. Daily conveniences are well covered, with supermarkets located just a few minutes away. The area also offers access to a range of shops and services for anything you might need during your stay. Many of Porto’s iconic landmarks are located within one to two kilometres of the apartment. These include the Ribeira riverside district, Rua das Flores, the Clérigos Tower, the Palácio da Bolsa and the famous Livraria Lello. All of these can be reached by foot, in a short drive, or by public transport.

Welcome to my apartment! This charming 50m2 one-bedroom apartment in Porto is the perfect retreat for couples looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. The open plan design creates a welcoming atmosphere, with a cosy living room that includes a comfortable sofa, a television to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and storage space for your belongings. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. BE AWARE THAT THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

شقة رائعة على بعد 20 دقيقة سيراً على الأقدام من وسط المدينة. بالنسبة لي لم يكن من الضروري أن أكون في المركز، لذلك كانت الشقة مثالية مع وجود الحانات ومحلات السوبر ماركت على بعد أمتار قليلة. كانت الشقة
