Welcome to my apartment! This charming 70m² one-bedroom apartment in Porto is the perfect retreat for couples or families seeking comfort and relaxation. Located on the 3rd floor and accessible by lift, the apartment offers a bright and welcoming space ideal for both short and extended stays. The living area features a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and a dining table that comfortably seats four, perfect for shared meals or quiet evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and all the essential cookware and cutlery. A dishwasher is also available, making clean-up effortless. For added convenience, the apartment is fitted with a washing machine and ironing equipment to meet your everyday needs. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens, ample storage, and access to a private balcony, an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day. The bathroom is modern and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
