This ground floor stylish studio, located on Travessera de Gràcia, features a cosy mezzanine bedroom, a private interior patio, and comfortable sleeping for up to 2 guests. With self check-in via smart lock, a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated laundry area, and Gràcia's plazas, cafés and boutiques at your doorstep, it's the perfect base to live Barcelona like a local.

This bright studio combines modern comfort with real character: a stunning exposed brick wall, double-height ceilings, and a bookshelf stocked with reading for lazy afternoons. The double bed sits on the cosy mezzanine level overlooking the living space, while the comfortable sofa bed below allows the apartment to sleep up to 2 guests in total. The fully equipped kitchen, with its colourful patterned tiles, has everything you need to cook, and the stylish bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and elegant hydraulic-style floor tiles. You'll also find a dedicated laundry area with a washing machine, air conditioning with smart control, a flat-screen TV, and an extendable dining table perfect for meals at home. Through the glass doors, your private interior patio awaits — a peaceful, plant-filled corner with a bistro table, ideal for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Please note the apartment is on the ground floor, with the patio facing the quiet internal side of the building. Please note: the height of the mezanine ceiling is of about 180cm.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the private patio and laundry area. Check-in is completely flexible and independent — the apartment has a smart lock for self check-in, and you'll receive your personal access code along with full arrival instructions before your stay. Being on the ground floor, there are no stairs or lifts to worry about on arrival.

Check‑in is available from 3:00 PM, always subject to availability and prior confirmation. We will do our best to accommodate you if you need a different time. To make you feel at home from the very first moment, you will find a basic welcome kit with shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and a trash bag. If during your stay you need extra cleaning or a change of bed linen, just let us know and we will organize it for a small additional charge. We want to keep the apartment in the best condition for everyone, so smoking is not allowed inside. If any smoke smell or residue (ashes, cigarette butts, etc.) is detected, a minimum charge of €200 will be applied. For stays longer than 30 nights, we include responsible use of utilities with a €80 limit, designed to keep consumption balanced. Please note that before arrival, all guests over 16 years old must pay the city tax, which is €9.50 per guest per night (maximum 7 nights). Extras available during your stay: Additional keys: €20 (subject to availability, also in case of loss or door opening) Extra cleaning with change of bed linen: same cost as the standard cleaning Additional linens: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, for example if the sofa bed is used) Note: Accommodation intended solely for short-term holiday and leisure rental. Signing a contract specifying this purpose is required.
