It is located on the 1st floor with an elevator. This beautiful and renovated classic 61m2 apartment in the prestigious St. Gervasi area. Is in a quaint 5-story building with only 10 apartments, ensuring privacy and a quiet stay. The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It also has access to a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine and a dryer are also available if you wish to do the laundry. The first bedroom is a pleasant area with a king bed and a wardrobe, and the second has a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Note:Accommodation intended solely for short-term holiday and leisure rental. Signing a contract specifying this purpose is required. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, there is an extra charge of 150€/monthly in terms of utilities and service (electricity, water supply, etc).€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: Provided free of charge upon request (includes towels and sheets)
