This delightful 90 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. It is located on the 4th floor and has a lift access. It is designed with an elegant tiled decoration inspired by Gaudi's mosaics and art, giving the property a unique charm. As you enter, you will come across open living and kitchen spaces featuring a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing, including essential cookware, a cooking plate, a microwave and a dishwasher. The bedroom is stylishly decorated, including a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. There is also a washing machine available. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy.

لقد أعجبتنا الشقة وبرشلونة ) : موقعها مثالي، في شارع هادئ ولكنه على بعد بضع دقائق سيرًا على الأقدام من المركز. كانت الشقة نظيفة ومرتبة. استمتعنا بالإقامة هناك لأكثر من شهر لا شيء
